We are a community based organisation that strives to find ways the youth can turn their talents into profitable endeavours both- spiritually, physically and economically while improving their local environment.
Kayole Mtaa Safi - Who We Are
Kayole Mtaa Safi Initiative began in 2014 as a Community Based Organisation in Kayole, Nairobi City County.
Kayole Mtaa Safi Initiative was born out of concern for the increasing number of adolescents turning to drugs, alcohol and crime. The downward spiral starts with lack of useful education and leads to lack of opportunities, lack of employment, lack of self-respect, lack of vision and finally to a reckless or listless disregard for consequences. From this mire springs gangs like Mungiki, Gaza and B3, names that conjure images of fear, violence and lawlessness.
physically and economically.
2. To help in maintaining and keeping the environment clean.
3. To change the mindsets of the community on taking care of the environment by embracing beautification, community work and involving them in the clean ups.
